The series needed more from you, it needed you to want to pull off the moves. It was easy to fool, and even in the best of situations the judging of your movements could be somewhat subjective. Of course, the game required that you hold the Wii Remote, and it judged all of your body’s movements based on this. Using the Wii Remote, you mimic the dance moves of those on screen, and try to pull off perfect moves for a higher score. Ubisoft’s Just Dance series began its life on the Wii. If you are new to the series though, then you have a decision to make. If you already own Just Dance 4 on the Wii, then you have this game minus the few minor functions that have been added to the Wii U version, along with the slightly, very slightly, enhanced graphics. The more you dance, the more points you get. Your task is to select a song and then dance to the choreography symbols that appear on the screen. Participate in the game, and you will be provided with a list of 43 songs. You can, therefore, choose to play on your own or cooperate with other players or battle with them to win. Each of these modes will enable players to play single or multi-player. In showtime mode, the game will allow you to record short-duration lip-syncing into theme songs. The dance quest mode also retains the same gameplay as a person who will compete with a machine-controlled character over three songs. The old standard gameplay continues to be recreated in dance party mode. The three primary modes offered in the game are Dance Party, dance quest, and showtime. The game was launched with the rhythm dance platform following the success of the previous versions.
